We offer a variety of sports and activities that all abilities and backgrounds can join in with! With our cohort of members clubs offers and also our own DACSH sport activity sessions, what are you waiting for?!

It has been proven many times that involvement in sport and physical activity are great in helping with mindset, health and wellbeing as well as making new friends, improving confidence and learning communication skills to better engage with others. 

By joining in with DACSH, you may well find your sport and we can help get you in touch with clubs locally to continue that journey.
